Your search will involve a refined process whereby we dedicate 100% of our Account Executive and Project Coordinator staff's time to rapidly identify two or three qualified, interested candidates for your specific requirement. The candidates will be represented exclusively to you; they will not be presented to any other client for the duration of your search engagement.


Experienced Staff

Our sales and research staff is directly responsible for our professional placement process. They are well trained in all aspects of technology, candidate sourcing and recruitment practices and the latest techniques in interviewing and screening candidates.


Recruiting Process

  • Market the client company’s assignment
  • Interview hiring manager for information on position and company
  • Offer consultation on salary level and attractiveness of position
  • Develop a marketing plan. Elements can include:

  • Our international network of professional recruiting firms
  • Develop lists of potential candidates
  • By abilities/experience

  • Recruit from lists, from our database, and from memory

  • Apprise the hiring manager of our progress
  • Qualify and evaluate candidates

Arrange interviews for client company to meet candidates

  • Present candidates verbally and with resume
  • Recommend the appropriate interviews
  • Arrange each interview
  • Prepare candidate
  • Brief hiring manager

Get decisions that establish placements


Debrief candidate and employer

  • Move ahead with this candidate? Why?
  • Interview other candidates? Why?
  • Maintain or change the direction of the search? Why?
  • If relocation is required, introduce candidate to our relocation services
  • Arrange subsequent interviews
  • Assist employer with terms of offer

Counsel the future employee on resigning from his current employer

(Failure to perform one or more of these steps does not constitute breach of contract on our part)


Fee Structure

Retained: Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. Fee is computed at 30% of first-year compensation. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.

Contingency: We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is 30% of anticipated first year compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
